3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and the labor-intensive nature of our marketing services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a digital product is delivered or a service contract has commenced.

 

4. User-Generated Content (UGC): By posting testimonials, reviews, or comments on our site, you grant The Spunky VA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

 

5. Intellectual Property: The service and all materials therein (software, images, text, logos, copyrights) are the exclusive property of Zoe Andall-Bowen. You may not sell, license, or modify our proprietary materials without express written consent.
